Mobile Notary Fees (California-Compliant)

California law sets the maximum notary fee at $15 per notarized signature. This fee applies statewide and is regulated by the California Secretary of State.

Mobile Travel Fee

As a mobile notary, we travel to your location for convenience. Travel fees vary depending on distance, time, and appointment urgency.

Mobile Travel fees within Modesto & Salida - $35

Mobile Travel fees within Riverbank, Ceres, Escalon - $45

Mobile Travel fees within Oakdale, Turlock, Manteca - $50

Hospital fees within Modesto - $60, plus notarization fee

Stanislaus County Jail fee - $120, plus notarization fee

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Zelle, Venmo, cash, and credit cards (with a 4% fee). Payment is due at the time of service.

Live Scan Fingerprinting Fees

Live Scan fingerprinting fees consist of rolling fees plus government fees, which vary depending on the requesting agency.
